108 Park Central West is a 6,000 square foot building renovation located on historic Park Central Square in downtown Springfield, MO. With a prominent location in a downtown district that has seen widespread revitilization over the past 20 years, rehabilitation and sensitivity to surrounding buildings was a primary objective, while also breathing new life into an older structure and adding touches of individuality.The project consists of retail space on the first floor, and residential lofts on the second and third floor. This is an excellent example of adaptive reuse.
