The American Legion wanted to explore options of developing a neighborhood on property they own in Nixa, MO. The neighborhood concept had a community green space, pool, playground, pavilion, fishing pond, walking trail, memorial garden, gazebo, and other amenities that could be utilized by the neighborhood. The idea explored a departure from the typical neighborhoods in the area that do not have such amenities at this home price point.
