Valley View Pocket Neighborhood is being developed near downtown Ozark, MO. It is a small planned community of smaller residences that take advantage of a tract of land in a pedestrian, neighbor friendly community. The neighborhood will have a shared communal space that is a focal point of the neighborhood.

The concept of pocket neighborhoods are settings where nearby neighbors can easily know one another, where empty nesters and single householders with far-flung families can find friendship or a helping hand nearby, and where children can have shirttail aunties and uncles just beyond their front gate.
