Main Corner Mercantile is located at Main Street and Mount Vernon Street in the historic heart of Nixa. This complete building restoration includes extensive interior and exterior work to preserve and breathe new life into this prominent corner building. The first floor will consist of 2,500 square feet of retail space. The upper floor is 3,600 square feet of multi-purpose assembly space that can be used for events and gatherings.

The building has undergone many changes in it’s long history. The vision was to bring it back to it’s original state as closely as possible, while adding some new flair for an updated appeal. New functional balconies are being added to the front in a period correct fashion instead of awnings.
